Hospital FAQs
- When can I bring my pet in?
Office visits are by appointment. Emergencies will be seen immediately when doctor is on premises.
- How will I know how much a visit will cost?
Estimates are given by the doctors in the exam room before any procedures. They are computerized and updated daily by the doctor for pets staying in the hospital.
- Do I need to do anything before I leave my pet for a procedure?
A signed estimate will be attached to your pet's record and a full deposit is requested on all hospitalized patients.
- How will I know when to bring my pet in for an appointment?
All patient records are kept on our computer system with reminders being sent out on a timely basis.
- My pet was hospitalized, do I need to do anything at home?
All pet owners whose pets have been sick and treated at the hospital are called for a progress report at an appropriate time afterwards and advised regarding ongoing care.
- The doctor prescibed a special diet, where do I buy it?
We carry a complete range of Hill's Prescription diet foods for dogs and cats.
- Do you have billing?
No, payment is due when services are rendered.
- What kind of payments do you take?
We accept cash and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) *SORRY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS*.
